Meet Thomas Brush, Creator of PINSTRIPE!
Wednesday, November 15th, 2017
USCB Bluffton Campus (Hwy 278), Library room 267
The USCB Student Chapter of the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) is proud to host a special presentation by Thomas Brush (Atmos Games), the Greenville, SC-based creator of the critically-acclaimed and Kickstarter-funded indie video game PINSTRIPE.
Thomas will discuss his experience working on Pinstripe, for which he did all of the artwork, music, design, AND programming -- quite an undertaking for a one-person development "team"! Anyone interested in computer programming, game design/development, or digital media arts should definitely attend -- you will be inspired by what Thomas has accomplished all on his own!
PINSTRIPE has been positively reviewed by critics (including a 5/5 review by TIME Magazine) and is currently enjoying a 9/10 player review score average on Steam, the most popular distribution platform for PC and Mac gaming. There will be playable demos of Pinstripe available at the event, and as an added bonus, Thomas will give the audience an exclusive sneak peek at his latest project, ONCE UPON A COMA, which is coming soon for multiple game platforms, including the Nintendo Switch!
Don't miss this unique event -- one of the first of its kind at USCB! There's no cost to attend, the event is open to the public, and there will be FREE FOOD as well... but be sure to arrive early for the best selection of seats (and food, for that matter)!
